Letter History

This report allows the user to print letter history to determine how (Print or Email), when (during a specified date range), and what type of letter (Point of Sale or Free and Reduced) was sent to a specific student(s).

Letter History is created when Yes (printed successfully) is clicked on the Notification & DC Letter forms. \

  • Select Point of Sale or Free and Reduced for the Report Mode.

POINT OF SALE REPORTS

  • Point of Sale Reports include:
    • Receipt
    • Student Bill
    • Teacher Bill
    • Low Balance

  • Select a student’s site from the Site dropdown list.

    • When selecting a student’s Site, if their letter history is from their Current Site, select that site. However, if they have transferred sites, select ALL to display any letter history from previous sites.

  • Select a From and To Date.
  • Select the Letter Type(s) to be included in the report from the dropdown list.
    • The letter types selected will display at the dropdown list as they are selected.

The grid will refresh to display all students who meet the search criteria. You can search for specific students by entering their Student Id, Last Name or First Name in the Search by fields at the top of the grid.

  • Select the Student(s) to be included in the report by checking the box in the Select column.
  • Click the View button to open the Point of Sale Letter History Report as a PDF.

FREE AND REDUCED REPORTS

  • Free and Reduced Letters include:
    • Notification
    • Verification Selection
    • Verification Results
    • Direct Certified
    • Meal Benefit Expiration

  • Select a date range in the From Date and To Date fields using the calendar feature.

  • Select the Letter Type(s) to be included in the report from the dropdown list.

    • The letter types selected will display at the dropdown list as they are selected.

  • Enter a Family Number if you want to Filter by Family Number. This is optional.

  • Select Family Number, Alpha or Letter Date/Alpha to Sort By on the report.

  • Click the View button to open the Free and Reduced Letter History Report as a PDF.
